Hunters Hunted takes place in the North Cascades National Park. It is a 3 hour drive east from Seattle and the Caern is place in the northern center of the Park in a heavily wooded area away from the main roads.
The Caern is constructed in several concentric circles around an ever burning bonfire. The larger cabin structures that take up the central circle include the Alpha's Cabin, the Beta's Office, a simple clinic, kitchens, the cub boarding house and other official buildings.
The circles beyond are cabins and living areas.
A simple road weaves through the woods to a gravel parking area. Access from the main road is blocked by a simple gate and monitored by Sept wardens. Access is granted to those known by the Caern, while strangers are sent away under the guise of park authority.
SEPT SECURITY: There are spirit wards out in the bawn. Small wind chimes that hang in the tree's 100 feet apart from one another. When a spirit not of the caern crosses its path it sends a disruptive ripple through the Umbra as well as in the physical world and makes the wind chimes chime. Otherwise, they are quiet even in the wind. The effect of this power unnerves any spirits and will alert Nailah, who feeds the chime her gnosis, of their presence. This effect is a roughly 100 foot radius each charm.
