It has come to my attention that some things are either not covered in places where they should be, or things in the ruleset don't happen to mesh with the flow I'm trying to create for the game. Those adjustments can be found here:
All players of Garou character in game have the Metis-Style regeneration. That is you regenerate at your Crinos rate in all your forms.
Healing according to the Book!
Werewolves heal at a frightening pace. They regenerate one bashing or lethal health level every turn. Homid and lupus breed Garou can regenerate roughly a health level a day while in their natural forms if they are in critical condition, but doing so requires their bodies to work in overdrive.If they are conscious and moving around in their breed form, they heal as humans do. Metis are blessed with full regeneration in all forms. No Garou, regardless of breed,
can regenerate aggravated damage. Aggravated damage is healed at one level per day, during which the Garou must rest in a form other than his natural one(if homid or lupus).
Remember that to regenerate damage while engaged in stressful activity(like combat), the player must roll the Garou's Stamina (difficulty8) each turn. This roll is reflexive, so the player does not have to split a dice pool or use a Rage action. Success means that the Garou heals as normal. Failure means that he heals no damage, and a botch indicates that the werewolf cannot regenerate until he has had a chance to rest.
When using a gift, Mark it as using a gift in your Roll description. There are a few things that over lap. Such as stare down. It's both a gift and a normal social action among wolves. TO avoid confusion mark which it is on such things.
After careful consideration and reading of the Book of the Weaver, I have come to the conclusion that the level of tech talked about in the book of the weaver is entirely inappropriate for the tech level of the game we and shooting for.
Therefore, as an in-game setting adjustment:
ALL DEVICES AND TECH PULLED FROM OR INSPIRED BY BOOK OF THE WEAVER ARE BANNED
For the purposes of our game, pretend this book does not exist.
Our system automatically rerolls all 10s for you. so specialties will be considered a +2 to your die pool task roll! For this reason Abilities specialties are not free in our game. To buy a specialty, you must have rank 4 in any skill and it costs the same as purchasing your next dot. You are only allowed 5 specialties across your entire sheet! This does not just apply to creation.
Concerning Martial arts.
Sparky gets credit for this one. Thank her guys.
Martial arts taken are counted as a speciality of Brawl. +2 is added to Brawl and if you spend the full points for it, Dodge as well.
We're doing this because people were abusing the WP roll and it should be only in the circumstances when you are really pushing yourself to do exceptionally well.
Therefore WP auto success rolls are limited to once a day per character! For additional roll assistance see the live action XP expenses page.
Additionally you may NOT use a willpower auto-success point on a willpower roll. Your willpower is already being tested, you can't focus something being tested to make what is being tested better. That's like saying you can cut off your muffler before your smog test so they won't test it. Won't work.
The Beserker Merit has been taken back to the book Standard!

: (2 pt Merit) You feel the rage burning inside you, and you know how to use and direct it againstyour enemies. You have the ability to frenzy at will and, thus, are able to ignore all wound penalties. However, any acts you commit during frenzy have consequences, just as they would otherwise. Also, you have the same chance of going into frenzy even when you don't wish to do so.
