Nailah will be working on Dexterity. Wanting to raise to 3
Gets together with the children of the Caern. Offering prizes to any who can catch her. Weaving her way between the cabins away from the center of the Sept, she encourages them to throw snow balls, ambush, do whatever they can to tag her.
Will continue to do this every day, for as long as she still has children standing and not called in by their parents. For however long necessary to raise her dexterity.

Learning new Rites:
Rite of the Winter Winds (rank 2)
The night of the winter solstice is the longest night of the year. It is the time of birth pangs as Helios is reborn and the days begin to lengthen. Even in the depths of Winter, the Garou, children of the moon, ritually celebrate the time of life-in-death. Certain Garou believe that if this rite is not performed, the nights will continue to lengthen until Gaia has fallen into a terrible twilight state of perpetual pain. Most modern Garou consider this mere superstition, but even such skeptics participate enthusiastically in the rite.
The Rite of the Winter Winds has many variants. In the most common version, the ritemaster gathers the Garou in a circle around a small bonfire. She then leads the group in an extended howl that begins as a low, rumbling growl and eventually rises to an ululating crescendo. When the ritemaster feel the tension is at its height, she leaps forward, snatches up a burning brand (or in some cases an electric lantern) and runs into the woods. The other Garou follow her, grabbing branches as they go. Running as swiftly as they can, the Garou make as many frightening and strange noises as possible. This rite is performed both to encourage Gaia's labour in giving birth to the sun, and to frighten off any minions of the Wyrm that might be lurking about, ready to snatch the newborn sun or harm Gaia as she turns her attention away from the surface world.
The ritemaster finally leads the howling pack back to the bonfire, where they hurl their branches into the conflagration. Once the fire is raging, the Garou celebrate with a revel that lasts until dawn, at which time they greet the newborn sun with one last, triumphant howl.
Rite of the Black Drink (rank 3)
Some nations purify themselves and prepare to speak in council by partaking of a noxious black liquid that causes them to vomit. It is thought that purging their bodies in this manner cleans them of all impurities and thus gives weight to the truthfulness of their words. Despite its black color, many nations call this the White Drink because of its reputed cleansing properties. When consumed as part of this rite, the Black Drink not only purges as it is meant to do, ensures that all words spoken for the next hour are true and also reveals whether anyone drinking it harbors a Bane or other unclean spirit within his body. Those so afflicted will seek to escape drinking the liquid and if forced to imbibe it, will be unable to regurgitate it. Their skin mottles visibly with black patches which last for an hour.
System
This rite may only be performed when freshly made Black Drink is available. The drink cannot be carried along and used as a "Bane detector." The point of the rite is to make certain that all parties intend to speak truthfully and cleanly; discovering tainted spirits is an added bonus. No roll is needed to enact the rite, but a Perception + Awareness roll (difficulty 6) allows those in the ritual to notice if someone fails to drink or cannot purge the liquid.
Rite of the Fetish (Rank 3)
This rite allows a Garou to create a fetish (an object with a spirit bound into it). To do this, the Garou must first cleanse the potential fetish by placing it under running water (even tap water), burying it in pure earth, exposing the object constant breezes or suspending it above flame for three consecutive nights. The Garou must then force or persuade a spirit to enter the prepared object. The Fianna claim that cajoling or flattering a spirit produces the best results, while the Bone Gnawers and Silent Striders claim that bribery (expending Gnosis) works best.
System
Roll Wits + Rituals (difficulty 10). Each point of permanent Gnosis the Garou spends during the rite reduces the difficulty by two. A botch indicates the spirit is suddenly released (if the spirit was coerced into participation, it will almost assuredly attack). If the Garou is attempting to force a spirit into the fetish, she must first attack the spirit and reduce it to zero Power before attempting to bind it into the fetish. A newly created fetish will not work until the bound spirit has recharged its Power
Rite of the Totem (Rank 3)
This rite binds a totem to a group of Garou. It is most often performed during the formation of a pack. During this rite, all Garou who wish to bind their destinies to a particular totem spirit must coat their eyes with an infusion of saliva and mugwort (or another substance holy to Gaia) and step sideways into the Umbra. In the spirit Realms, the ritemaster leads the Garou in a hunt for the spiritual spoor left by a totem spirit. Such evidence varies with the spirit, but is always found by Garou worthy of the totem's attention. Even tracking down the spirit does not guarantee success, for the totem must decide whether the Garou are worthy to become its fosterlings. An undecided totem may require a quest of the supplicants, though this is almost never required if the pack has just successfully completed a Rite of Passage.
System
Characters must purchase the Totem Background to benefit from this rite. Otherwise, the rite is simply not performed. However, as each pack member gets 1 Totem point per rank they hold, it is possible to undergo the Rite of the Totem without purchasing the Totem Background.
Enter the Dark Umbra (Rank 3)
Only a Death's Breath-spirit may teach this rite, and only Silent Striders and members of the Ivory Priesthood may practice it. To perform the rite, the priest must purge himself of all sins and Harano. (This usually requires a day of fasting and meditation.) During the day of purification the Garou must also contemplate the thought of dying.
System
The player spends a Gnosis point and makes a Willpower roll (difficulty 7) or the character risks plunging into a deep death-obsessed Harano for the rest of the scene. If the roll is successful, the Garou sees a Death's Breath-spirit around twilight and must let it breathe into his mouth. The Garou may now enter the Dark Umbra and appears as a dark patch in the penumbra. The Garou may stay there until the next morning.
