It has come to our attention that we have some amazing players! This is a great thing normally but it is causing an ST issue. Some are gaining XP at an astounding rate. Therefore we will be doing weekly XP awards from now on.
How this will work: the STs will discuss and we will consider your play for the week and if you have raised the bar both personally and for the channel in RP. Participation matters as well.
Weekly XP is typically capped at 3 XP per week for excellence in RP and participation and doing something super special during the week.
Event XP is typically capped at 5 XP, depending on performance during the event.
